TOPS Club, Inc. is a nonprofit, noncommercial, weight-loss support organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, with chapters located worldwide. Its two-fold objective is to encourage healthy lifestyles through weight-management support groups and to sponsor obesity research. Most members refer to the organization simply as TOPS, an acronym for Take Off Pounds Sensibly.

TOPS MO 1002 Crocker chapter meets Monday evenings at the Pulaski County Health Department located at 102 12th Street, Crocker, MO. Weigh-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and meeting is conducted from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

TOPS MO 1002 held our Open House on Monday, 24 October, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Crocker Presbyterian Church. Everyone had a great time! Thanks to our visitors and members for their support.

Our Area Captain, Cindy Story, visited our Chapter on 10 October to present a special program on Super Foods. Thank you Cindy for an interesting, informative program!


~*~*~ FALL RALLY ~*~*~

Fall Rally was held Saturday, 29 October, in Springfield. Individuals who participated in the summer Camp Yougottawanna contests were recognized for their achievements. What a wonderful day! Huge thanks to Cindy Story for coordinating this fun event. We can't wait until next year! We will discuss the Rally at our Monday, 7 November meeting for those who were not able to attend.

Our Christmas celebration will be on Monday, 12 December, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Crocker Presbyterian Church. Everyone is welcome to attend! Members will weigh-in prior to the celebration at the Health Department from 4:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m.

State Recognition Day (SRD) will be held 30-31 March, 2012, at the Millenium Hotel in St Louis. More information as we get closer to time of event.
